How the YourICP MCP Connector handles your data.

1. What this service is

The YourICP MCP Connector is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that lets AI assistants (such as Claude) call the YourICP contact-enrichment and audience-targeting API on behalf of a user. It is operated by Wheelhouse Enterprises, Inc., doing business as YourICP (app.youricp.com).

2. Data collected and processed

• Contact identifiers supplied by the user: email addresses and LinkedIn profile URLs submitted for enrichment.
• Enriched contact data returned by the API: names, job titles, company names, phone numbers, and other professional data provided by the YourICP enrichment service.
• Audience filter selections: industry, seniority, location, and other criteria chosen when building a target audience.
• Authentication credentials: a YourICP API token, held only for the lifetime of the MCP session and never written to disk.
• Payment information: Stripe Checkout handles card data directly; this server receives only a Stripe session ID and payment-status confirmation.
• Anonymous pay-per-use session identifiers: when users connect without a YourICP account, their results are addressed by unique job IDs and run IDs (UUIDs). These IDs are the user's access credentials and must be treated as confidential.

3. How data is used

Data is used solely to fulfil the action requested by the user in their AI chat session: submitting an enrichment job or starting an audience run via the YourICP API. No data is sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used to train models.

4. Storage and retention

The MCP server holds payment-session state and login tokens in memory only for the duration of the session (minutes to hours). No contact PII is persisted by this server. Enrichment results are stored and retained by the YourICP platform under its own privacy policy, available at youricp.com/privacy-policy.

5. Third-party services

• YourICP API: receives contact identifiers and returns enriched data. Governed by the YourICP privacy policy.
• Stripe: processes payments. Card data never passes through this server. See stripe.com/privacy.

6. Security

All communication is over HTTPS. API tokens are scoped to individual sessions and discarded on disconnect. Webhook authenticity is verified with Stripe's HMAC signature before any action is taken.

Anonymous pay-per-use: Users who connect without a YourICP account are issued unique unguessable job IDs and run IDs for accessing their enrichment results. These IDs are the sole access credential for that user's data and are single-use only. The MCP server cannot enumerate or list other users' results without an explicit ID. Data isolation is enforced at the API layer.
